Product Warranty & Returns Procedure

All SimplePlus memory products are covered by a lifetime forward replacement warranty.

There is a standard Return Policy for returning back to Duo NZ Ltd. All products MUST contain an RA number and send back to Duo NZ Ltd, 35 Onepu Road, Kilbirnie, Wellington. The RA number must be clearly visible on the address label.

Faulty Returns:

• Reseller to contact Duo via email or phone and request RA Number
• Product returns MUST be returned no later than 14 days for issuing date of RA Number.
• No freight charges apply for any replacement products.

Non-Faulty Returns:

• Reseller to contact Duo via email or phone and request RA Number
• Credit return requests will not encourage a restocking fee if returned within 14 days, there after, it is up to the discretion of Duo as to whether a restocking fee will apply.
• Product must be in original packaging
